Business Support Centre
The Business Support Centre (BSC) is CAT’s operational and logistics hub which monitors, filters and tracks all workflow, in real time and with total control and transparency.
The BSC acts as a “single point of contact” for all four major offices, 38 national installation centres, clients, vendors and channel partners.
Transparent and reactive job-tracking technology
CAT has invested heavily over recent years in technology and infrastructure to develop a highly transparent, responsive and interactive job tracking system. This has been designed to give both CAT and its clients complete control at every stage of the identification, logging and delivery stages of all works in progress.
