CAT has created a unique structure and approach to IT service delivery. 4 CAT offices and 38 national installation branches with engineering resource totalling 460 technical engineers, 28 project managers plus coordinators designers, surveyors and estimators.

This regional approach offers further extensive cost efficiencies in operational delivery by using 38 local engineering bases for multi-site deployment.
CAT is structured to keep the overheads and operating costs low. These are typically far less than most other IT service companies. The resulting savings help make our channel partners more competitive as well as providing direct customers with cost efficiencies.
All CAT engineers are fully compliant and have between them the full list of industry accreditations.

Through ‘Cross Peer Score Carding” CAT ensures a high quality of work is maintained by all of the CAT delivery and support teams and functions.
This encourages our CAT engineers to check and snag the work when following on behind a fellow CAT engineer and provide this feedback to the CAT Business Support Centre.
